Sustainability is a worn-out word. We prefer to tell you what we did: where the wood comes from, who supplies us, what we do not buy.
Where this place comes from
The wood from Vaia,
standing again.
In October 2018 storm Vaia brought down millions of trees in Trentino. We recovered part of that timber and worked it: you will find it in several rooms of the building. It is not a brochure anecdote — it is the material in front of you.
The rest follows the same logic. We built using bio-architecture, chose local firms and materials for the renovation and, wherever possible, local suppliers: farmers and breeders a few kilometres from here.
It is called circular economy, which sounds like a conference. Put the way we live it: what goes around, goes around here.

Wherever possible we choose those who produce nearby, not those who ship from far away.
