The questions you ask us

Are you dog-friendly?

Yes, and enthusiastically. Your dog is welcome in the room and on Bau Beach, our dog-friendly beach. Tell us when you book so we get everything ready.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-out is by 10:00. For your arrival, write or call us and we will sort it out — a late arrival is not a problem.

Is there parking?

Yes, a parking space on site for guests. Park once and you can forget the car is there.

What's breakfast like?

Km0 and slow, served at the Bistro or brought wherever you like: bed, balcony or lakeshore. For guests we also prepare the picnic basket, at a supplement.

Are any rooms step-free?

Yes. El Volt and El Fenil are all on one level and you come in from the shared terrace, over a ramp: easy with strollers and wheelchairs.

Can we book several rooms together, for a family or a group?

Yes. Blue, Pink and Romantic Grey are on the same floor: one front door, then three independent rooms. Booked together they become a single place to stay.

Is the beach included in the stay?

Yes. Umbrella and loungers on the beach are included for B&B guests.

Is the beach open to people who are not staying?

Yes, the beach is open to everyone. Book week by week on WhatsApp at +39 345 2434081 (messages only) by 8 pm the evening before; we confirm during the day. Umbrella and two loungers: €20.

Can I come to the Bistro without staying the night?

Of course — the Bistro is open to everyone and the kitchen runs all day. We do not take bookings, except for dinner from 7:30 pm and only in the indoor room: for that one, write or call with the day and the number of people.

How do I get to Lavarone?

By car from the A22 (Trento Nord or Rovereto Nord exits) up onto the Alpe Cimbra; by train to Trento/Rovereto, then bus or transfer. It's all on the The Area page.

What does Bazzario mean?

Two things at once. In Cimbrian, the old language of these highlands, bazzar means water. In Italian, bazzicare means to hang around a place until it feels like yours. The lake, and the way you stay in it.
